Biography
Claire Godschalk is a co-founder of Wyze Management, she firmly believes that a well-designed organization structure promotes success and facilitates company growth and profitability.
Before devoting her time in Wyze Management, Claire co-founded Taxxa, a boutique firm that specializes in tax accounting, advisory and compliance. After obtaining a master’s degree in Tax Law from the Erasmus University of Rotterdam, Claire has served over a decade as a Tax Adviser at prestigious firms such as Deloitte and Meijburg & Co. She specializes in the structuring and restructuring of multinational companies, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions and the accompanying due diligence.
